Most AI chemistry tools train only on what works. IntelliForm also captures what doesn't — live regulatory shifts, supply shocks, and real batch failures — data that cannot be scraped or bought, and the memory a self-driving lab needs to stop repeating dead ends.

// Why IntelliForm

Where R&D loses
months and millions.

For formulation leaders in personal care, pharma, coatings, and agriculture, the cost of a program isn't the chemistry — it's the failed certifications, the supply shocks, and the knowledge that walks out the door. IntelliForm attacks each one directly.

Pain pointIntelliForm's solutionWhy it matters
01

Failed certifications

A blend reaches the lab, fails COSMOS or REACH, and the program restarts — weeks and tens of thousands gone.

Certification Oracle

Pass-probability and gap analysis against 8 standards in 3 seconds, before any lab spend.

$80k

typical lab spend killed before it starts

02

Supply shocks

A raw material goes unavailable and an entire product line stalls while chemists hand-search for substitutes.

Functional Analog Engine

Ranks drop-in, certified, line-compatible substitutes across 2,000+ molecules — no reformulation restart.

Seconds

to recover, not a lost quarter

03

Carbon & CBAM reporting

Footprint accounting means a €3k–€15k consultant and a multi-week wait for every formulation.

Automated carbon passport

ISO 14067 PCF with Scope 1/2/3 attribution and a CBAM-ready JSON export, generated on every run.

ISO 14067

compliance-ready, zero consultant fees

04

Knowledge that walks out

Every failed batch and incompatibility lives in a chemist's head or a lab notebook — and leaves when they do.

Negative Knowledge Graph

Structured capture of every failure, rejection, and scale-up miss across the entire user base.

847

failure pairs that never repeat

05

Scale-up risk

Contract manufacturers demand 500 kg+ minimums, so a single unproven formulation becomes a six-figure gamble.

ChemRich pilot batches

50–200 kg pilots in New Jersey, one click from the blend, with a no-cost reformulation guarantee.

// FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

Straight answers on cost, accuracy, IP, certifications, and manufacturing. Anything else — the team replies within a day.

Is IntelliForm really free?
Yes. The Community Edition is MIT open-source and free forever — the full 5-model council, 1,197 validated ingredients, REACH and ISO 14067 screening, and ChemBERTa ecotoxicity prediction. Professional and Enterprise add unlimited runs, the Reformulation Lab, and private deployment; pricing for those launches soon.
How accurate are the predictions?
Biodegradability prediction runs at R²=0.89 via QSAR over Mordred's 1,613 molecular descriptors, validated against 47 ISO 14040/44 LCA datasets and published on ChemRxiv (2026). Certification probabilities and carbon figures are pre-screens designed to kill bad formulations early — final certification still runs through accredited labs, but you reach them with far higher confidence.
What happens to my formulation data and IP?
The heavy optimization runs on a local model (Gemma2) so sensitive linear-programming and Pareto work never leaves your environment. Enterprise adds on-premise deployment, SSO/SAML, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and private council fine-tuning on your own data. Your formulations are never used to train shared models.
Which certifications does the Oracle cover?
Eight standards today: COSMOS, EPA Safer Choice, USDA BioPreferred, EU Ecolabel, Cradle to Cradle, OMRI, NSF/ANSI 305, and ISO 16128 — plus REACH SVHC screening and ICH Q8 on Professional. The regulatory feed re-screens all 1,197 ingredients whenever a standard updates, so probabilities stay current.
Can I actually manufacture what it designs?
Yes — that's the point. Any blend is one click from a 50–200 kg pilot batch at ChemRich Global's New Jersey facility, with a no-cost reformulation guarantee if a batch misses spec. No 500 kg minimums, no separate engagement.
Can IntelliForm drive a self-driving lab?
Yes — IntelliForm is the decision layer, not the hardware. It proposes the next experiment worth running and hands optimized candidates to your autonomous platform over REST API, a Python SDK, or webhooks; measured results stream back into the council so each cycle starts sharper. Robotics-agnostic — whether you run a ChemRich pilot line or your own self-driving lab.
Do I need to write SMILES or code?
No. You describe the application, performance targets, certifications, and cost ceiling in plain English; the council extracts every constraint automatically. SMILES, descriptor profiles, and the full API are available when you want them — never required to get a certified blend.

30 seconds to your first
certified formulation.
